A spiral staircase connects internally the two floors.

First floor - An external staircase leading to the first floor provides a second private entrance. Small living room with arm chairs in front of the antique fireplace. Three double rooms with twin beds, all with private bathrooms with tubs.

First annex - Large dining room connected to the kitchen and living room with a huge window overlooking the Val d'Orcia.

Second annex - one double room with twin beds, private bathroom with shower. One room with double bed, private bathroom with shower and a small private patio.

Private swimming pool - rectangular 6 x 12 meters.
